Herb and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
These goat cheese stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetiser that are sure to impress each and every one of your guests!
– 8 ounces goat cheese
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh sage finely chopped
– 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
– ¾ teaspoon thyme chopped
– 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender buds chopped
– Kosher salt to taste

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Put the goat cheese, herbs, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Combine well by mixing.

Dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. Take off the gills and the stems.
