Disconnect the mixer and scrape the bowl with a rubber spatula. Mix in the chocolate chips.Heat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment on two cookie sheets. Rest the dough for 10 minutes while the oven heats. Helps inhibit spread.

Scoop 6 cookie dough balls each sheet with a 3 tablespoon or 2oz scoop.Baking one sheet at once. Bake until sides are golden and center is slightly underdone, 12-14 minutes.

Sprinkle flaky seat salt and chocolate chips on top. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack after 5 minutes on the heated pan.
