Strawberry Filling:– 4 cups fresh ripe strawberries halved– 2 Tbsp tapioca flour– 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice– 2 Tbsp pure maple syrupGrain-Free Crumble Topping:– 1 cup finely ground almond flour– ½ teaspoon kosher salt– 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted*– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract optional– 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix strawberries, tapioca flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a bowl. Place strawberry filling in an 8" x 8" baking pan.
