I can't believe Labour Day is Monday. How's summer over? I can't believe time is rushing past. Do you want summer to end and welcome autumn? I know many of you live in hot climates, so I hope ice cream remains a mainstay in your diet?
Ingredient
– 2 cups heavy cream– 1 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 14– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract– 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips– Pinch of flaky sea salt– 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter– 2 tablespoons butter softened– 1-2 cups powdered sugar
Direction
1
Heavy cream, 7 ounces (approximately half the can) sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla should be added to a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
2
Whip to stiff peaks. Mix the remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds, stirring after each interval until smooth.
3
Mix in a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Make marble-sized peanut butter balls and delicately incorporate them into the ice cream.
4
You may not need all peanut butter. Mix in the fudge sauce slowly. Place ice cream in a freezer-safe container and freeze 4-6 hours or overnight.
