Start with a 350-degree oven. Parchment a baking sheet. Reserve a wire rack.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornflour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

In another large bowl, whip butter, brown sugar, and sugar until completely blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla until combined.
Mix dry ingredients into wet just until mixed.
