Chili Lime Glazed Shrimp Skewers Recipe

Prawn skewers prepared in a straightforward manner and grilled with a chilli lime coating that is both sweet and sour.

In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix avocado oil, lime juice, chilli powder, garlic, Truvia Natural Sweetener, and sea salt.

Put raw prawns in a ziplock bag with half the marinade.Seal, swirl the prawns to coat with marinade, and chill for 1–8 hours.

Preheat the grill on high (450–500 degrees F) with oil. Prawns on metal skewers (pre-soak wood skewers 30 minutes before cooking).

Close the cover after placing the skewers on the hot grill. Cook until prawns is pink and burnt, 2 minutes.

Return the lid and flip the skewers with heat-safe tongs. Finish frying prawns for 1–3 minutes until blackened and done. Transfer cooked prawns to plates.

Heat remaining marinade in a small skillet on medium-high. Boil mixture completely. Stir occasionally until marinade thickens, 5–8 minutes.
