Chimichurri Beef Sliders Recipe

A tasty burger cut down in size for the perfect snack! These tasty Chimichurri Beef Sliders are easy to make and have a lot of taste.

For the Chimichurri Sauce – 1/2 cup flatleaf parsley – 1/2 cup fresh cilantro – 1 shallot roughly chopped – 1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped – 4 cloves garlic minced – 1/2 cup white vinegar or fresh lime juice – 1 Tbsp fresh oregano chopped – 2/3 cup olive oil – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ¼ to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional – 1 tsp sea salt to taste Beef Sliders: – 1 pound ground beef – 2 Tbsp chimichurri sauce + more for serving – 6 to 8 slices Pepper jack cheese – 1 large ripe avocado sliced – Mixed green – 6 to 8 slider buns toasted

Put everything into a mixer or food processor except the oil. Chop the food in a blender on low speed.

While the machine is on, slowly add the oil. Keep mixing the sauce until it has the consistency you want.

Use a jar to put the chimichurri sauce in. After making it, seal it up, put it in the fridge, and use it for up to a week.

Put the ground beef and 2 tablespoons of chimichurri sauce in a bowl and mix them together.

To taste, add sea salt and black pepper to meat. Hand-rub the sauce and spices into the steak to distribute them evenly.

Warm up a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Make six to eight small patties out of the meat and put them on the pan.

Sliders are done when the juices run out and the bottom gets hard and looks crispy, which should take about two to three minutes.

Flip the skillet and heat for 30–60 seconds before adding pepper jack cheese. Continue heating until desired until cheese melts. Cook sliders medium-rare for optimal results.

Toast slider buns cut-side up on broil. You can butter buns. Place mixed greens, slider patties, and avocado on a platter and sprinkle chimichuri sauce.
