Chunky Avocado Dip Recipe

Easy, creamy, dreamy chunky avocado dip is the perfect appetiser for guests! Spread it on salads, sandwiches, burgers, and tacos!


– 3 ripe avocados peeled and diced – 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes cut into 4th – ¾ cup red onion finely chopped – 6 ounces feta cheese* – 2 cloves garlic minced – 2 Tbsp lime juice to taste – ½ tsp sea salt to taste – ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped, optional


Mix the chopped avocados, sea salt, and lime juice in a large bowl. Mash avocados to make a partially creamy dip, leaving them chunky for best texture.

You can make the dip creamy or chunky depending on the texture you want.

Step 2

Add chopped tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and cilantro to the bowl and mix well. Taste the dip and add salt, lime juice, garlic, onion, or cilantro to taste.

Step 3

Sprinkle chopped cilantro, cherry tomatoes, or red onions on top of the dip. Dip, spread, or condiment for appetisers, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more. With corn tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, etc.

Step 4

Avocado dip is best fresh, but you can store it for 24 hours or how you like. Keep leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge.
