Coconut Almond Breakfast Pops are first to mind! Are they cute and fun? Ice pops for breakfast? Well, OK! Who disputes that? Without knowing these were breakfast pops, Asher went crazy over these! The creamy smoothness, fruity flavours, and crunch of that granola delighted her.
Ingredient
– 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt– 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Original Unsweetened– 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey + more for drizzling– 1 1/2 cups fresh berries, if using strawberries, slice thin– 1 cup homemade or store-bought granola
Direction
1
Mix yoghurt, Almondmilk Coconutmilk, and maple syrup in a medium bowl.
2
In a separate bowl, gently mash the fresh berries to release some juice but not into a sauce.
3
Evenly layer granola, yoghurt, and berries in 10 popsicle moulds. Although imperfect, the layers make a lovely popsicle. Cover mould tops and freeze for 4 hours until firm.
4
After 10 seconds in hot water, take the popsicles from the moulds. Store frozen. Drizzle honey if desired.
