Blend Oreo into tiny and medium bits in a food processor. Blend Oreos into crumbs. Set aside. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium basin.

Mix the melted butter (cooled before use), brown sugar, and sugar in a separate bowl on high speed for 2 minutes.Mix in eggs and vanilla. Medium-mix until blended. Stir in the dry ingredients on low speed until mixed.

Add Oreo bits and crumbs. Just blend.Heat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment on two cookie sheets. Resting the cookie dough in the bowl for 10 minutes helps spread it.

Scoop cookie dough using a 2-TBSP big cookie scoop. Use 6 cookie dough balls per sheet.Bake each cookie sheet by itself. Bake 12-14 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack after 5 minutes on the heated pan. Before decorating, let cookies cool fully.Beat butter for 3 minutes on high with a mixer.

Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar together and add them. Mix slowly until everything is well mixed. Put the salt and vanilla in. Beat quickly until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Put chocolate frosting on top of the cookie with a small cookie scoop. Spread the icing on the cookie with an angled icing spoon. Put some Oreo crumbs and a gummy worm on top.
