Easy Roasted Pork Tenderloin Recipe

As a major dish, pork tenderloin is both easy and classy. When cooked right, meat is juicy, tasty, and soft. If you cook it too long, it might be dry and bitter. 

Ingredient

– 1-pound pork tenderloin – 1 teaspoon olive oil – 1 tablespoon garlic powder – 1 tablespoon onion powder – ½ tablespoon chili powder – 1 teaspoon rosemary – 1 teaspoon thyme – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon black pepper

Direction

Heat oven to 450 F.Pat pork tenderloin dry. The tenderloin should be placed on a foil-lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, onion, chili, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Apply evenly to tenderloin.

Roast for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 375 F and roast for 15 minutes; internal temperature should reach 140 F.
