Homemade Fresh Strawberry Cake Recipe

A Strawberry Cake Start with a 350-degree oven. A 9-inch springform pan should be greased and lined with parchment paper. Place on a baking sheet.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a separate basin.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet with a rubber spatula until mixed. Put half the cake batter in the pan and distribute it evenly.

Place half the strawberries cut-side down on the batter. Cover the strawberries with the remaining batter.

Top batter with remaining strawberries cut side down. Bake the baking sheet with the pan for 50–60 minutes until the borders are gently browned and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with only a few moist crumbs.

Cool the cake for 20 minutes, then cut the edges before releasing the pan. Allow the cake to cool for 1–2 hours.

Vanilla-Bean Whipped  Cream When ready to serve, create whipped topping. Combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste in a medium basin.
