Select Saute, oil, and beef when HOT. Sprinkle salt and pepper and brown, discarding beef juices.

Brown 5–7 minutes till slightly crisped. Adjust salt and black pepper to taste. Add diced onions, minced garlic, and dried herbs and sauté for 2 minutes.

Scrub the bottom with a wooden spoon after pouring 1 cup of chicken broth. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth. Stir.

Break spaghetti in half and place in Instant Pot. Do not stir; push to submerge. Place tomatoes on top. Do not mix.

Lock the lid and set Venting Knob to Seal. Pressure High Pressure 3 minutes, Natural Release 5 minutes. Open the lid after releasing pressure.

When spaghetti is 90% cooked, the sauce will look liquidy. Use "Saute More" to simmer the mixture. To cook pasta and thicken sauce, stir with a wooden spoon for a few minutes.

Season to taste. Shut off Instant Pot. Add fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
