These no-bake brownie protein bites are the perfect size to satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your protein.
INGREDIENT
– 1 cup unsweetened almond butter– 4 Tbsp cocoa powder– 4 Tbsp protein powder of choice– 4 to 5 Tbsp pure maple syrup to taste– ½ tsp pure vanilla extract optional– ¼ tsp sea salt– ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Process all brownie bite ingredients in a food processor until combined. All ingredients can be added together, so no separation is needed.
Step 1
Almond butter at room temperature makes this process easier on your food processor. Almond butter from the fridge should be microwaved for 10–20 seconds to soften.
Step 2
Taste the mixture and add more pure maple syrup or chocolate chips if needed.
Enjoy the balls of mixture!
Step 3
Unsweetened shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or shaved chocolate can be added to protein balls.
