Roasted Radishes Recipe
Radishes that have been roasted are a wonderful and nutritious side dish that can be served alongside any major entrée!
– 1 bunch radishes rinsed and halved
– 1 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil
– ½ tsp sea salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Start with a 425-degree oven. Place halved radishes on a baking sheet. Add avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Toss radishes with your hands to cover them in oil and seasoning. Turn the radishes cut-side down.

Radishes should be wrinkled and golden-brown after 18–25 minutes. I spatula the radishes after 10 minutes halfway through baking.

In the last 5–10 minutes of baking, add a few minced garlic cloves to the radishes.

Radishes should be served after cooling for a few minutes from the oven.
