Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

These chocolate chip cookies are made in a small quantity, and they yield six delicious cookies. They may be prepared quickly and do not need any time to cool.

Ingredient

– ¼ cup Unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled – ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – 3 tablespoon White granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 Large egg room temperature – ¾ cup Plus 1 ½ Tablespoons All-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon Baking soda – ¾ teaspoon Salt If you want less salt use ½ teaspoon. – ¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for topping the cookie

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet.Place the butter in the microwave and melt it. After 10 minutes, let it cool down.

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a bowl. Mix in egg and vanilla. Smoothly mix.Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Fold the dough with a rubber spatula until barely incorporated. Fold chocolate chunks into dough.

Make these with a big cookie scoop (I used ice cream scoop). Placing 6 cookie dough balls on the sheet.Bake 13-15 minutes. Edges of cookies will be golden brown.

Bring in more chocolate chips. Before moving the cookies to a rack, let them to cool for four minutes on the pan that has been heated.
