Slightly modified Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe yields a creamy, cheesy, spicy version with enhanced flavour. Serve it at holiday or football parties!
– 3 to 4 cups cooked chicken*– 1 bunch green onion chopped– 1 cup feta cheese– 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise**– 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Hot Sauce***– 1 Tbsp yellow mustard– 3 cloves garlic minced– 1 tsp onion powder– 2 tsp dried dill– ½ tsp dried parsley– ½ tsp celery seed– ½ tsp sea salt– ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F.Mix mayonnaise, spicy sauce, mustard, garlic, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, celery seeds, black pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl or large measuring cup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients: feta cheese, green onions, and shredded chicken.

After pouring the creamy sauce mixture into the bowl, give it a thorough toss until all of the ingredients are incorporated.

Place the buffalo chicken mixture in a small casserole dish or oven-safe dish (8-inch or 9-inch square pan, 10-inch cast iron skillet).

There should be a light golden brown colour on top and lots of bubbles in the mixture after 30 to 40 minutes in the oven.

Cheese sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or any other chips you like should go with spicy chicken dip. It tastes great with pita bread or flatbread too!
