Melt ½ cup butter in a cooking pan on medium heat. Heat until melted, then whisk until milk deposits separate and become amber. Pour into a basin and freeze for 15 minutes while making the remainder.

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium basin. Set aside. Cut fun size Twix bars into little pieces. Set aside. Allow enough for cookie dough and topping.

Beat softened butter, browned butter, brown sugar, and sugar with a mixer. Two minutes of high-speed beating.Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix medium for 1 minute. Stir in the dry ingredients on low speed until mixed. Mix in chocolate chips and twix.

Pre-heat the oven to 350℉. Use parchment on two cookie sheets. Leave cookie dough on the counter for 10 minutes.Large cookie scoop (2 oz or 2 TBSP) scoop dough. Use 6 cookie dough balls per sheet.

Bake 12-14 minutes. Bake till gently browned edges. Chop soft caramels as cookies bake.Add soft caramels, chopped Twix, and chocolate chips immediately after baking.

Cut any Twix caramel that seeped out of the cookie with a knife.Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack after 5 minutes on the heated pan.
